Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Omiria purchase. If you change your mind, we are happy to help, subject to the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of confirmed delivery as shown by tracking, provided that:
• Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• Items are returned in original packaging and remain resellable
• All original tags, pouches, dust bags, and boxes are included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Earrings or any pierced jewellery
• Sale items or final clearance items

How to Return
1. Email us at hello@omiria.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorisation along with return instructions.
3. Once approved, items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorisation.

Please ensure all returns are sent using a tracked delivery service. Omiria is not responsible for items lost in transit. Items should be packaged securely, as returns received damaged may not qualify for a refund.

Return Methods
• Smaller items such as scarves and jewellery may be returned via InPost lockers or Royal Mail Tracked.
• Handbags and larger items must be returned via Royal Mail Tracked.
Return instructions will be shared once your return request is approved.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item is faulty or damaged
• The incorrect item was received

In these cases, Omiria will cover the return cost or provide a prepaid return option following review.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact hello@omiria.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault or error

We will prioritise your request and resolve the issue promptly.

Gift Returns
If you received an Omiria item as a gift, please include the purchaser’s name or email address when contacting us. Eligible gift returns may be refunded to the original purchaser or issued as store credit upon request.
