Omiria – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Omiria. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@omiria.co.uk.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
• During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays or product launches), processing may take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed via email.

Estimated Delivery Times

UK Standard Delivery
Delivery time: Up to 5 working days after dispatch
International Orders: Timeframes vary by destination and are shown at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or fees once the shipment reaches their country. These are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Missed or Lost Deliveries

• If you missed your delivery, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
• If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist.
• Omiria is not liable for lost packages if the shipping address provided was incorrect.

Pre-Orders or Delayed Items

If an item in your order is a pre-order or has a delay, it will be clearly stated on the product page. Your order will be dispatched once all items are in stock unless otherwise arranged.
